Ship your defective device to us and we will repair it. A free prepaid Ground shipping label is provided as part of this service.

Our repair/exchange service for this item requires you to send us your defective unit. In many cases, we can ship a stocked repaired unit to you first (available inventory listed above), after which we require your old core unit to be shipped back to us. If we are out of stock, you will have to ship your unit to us, and we will then repair it and send it back to you.

After checkout, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to get your device to our repair facility. Upon receipt of your item, we will diagnose and repair your device, and have it on its way back to you within two business days.
