Return Request

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure our return process is seamless. We accept returns on applicable normally stocked items for any reason, so long as the product is brand new, in the original packaging, and the return request is submitted within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the wrong product(s) were received.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please fill out the return request form (above) to begin the return process. We will then provide you with a RMA to include with your return, as it’s contingent on full credit. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, if imposed by the factory or if initiated after 30 days of the date of delivery. Products that are non-returnable or subject to restocking fees are noted as such on product listings and quotes.

Please make sure the RMA number is marked clearly on the package and all paperwork. Be sure to pack the material well. CAPP is not responsible for damage occurred in return shipment. On stock items, credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection on material. For non-stock or made-to-order items, credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection by the factory.
