This cast iron flanged wye pattern strainer 2 inch Watts model 77F-DI-FDA-125, has lead free class B cast iron body with 1/16 inch perforated screen, class 125 flanged connections, cast iron blowdown plug, stainless steel perforated screen, bolted and tapped iron retainer cap with graphite gasket and drain/blowoff connection furnished with a closure plug. It also features a double coated, heat fused FDA approved epoxy coating inside and outside and is suitable for potable water, sanitary and food contact applications. Applicable for liquid and steam service to protect check valves, backflow preventers and similar controls from foreign matter.
