substitution kit for ATV38/58 - compatible with ATV61/ATV71

This kit is used to install an Altivar 61 variable speed drive in place of an Altivar 38. It can also be used to install an Altivar 71 variable speed drive in place of an Altivar 58. It uses the same fixing holes and includes the mechanical adaptors required for mounting.
