The Sentree A/C monitoring system is a smart sensor solution that enables you to offer service agreements that include remote monitoring, alerts for issues and off-site diagnostics for your customers’ air conditioning systems. Sentree detects problems before a residential air conditioner breaks down. Sentree can be installed in under 10 minutes by a trained technician. Suitable for ducted (1-5 ton) residential A/C units, this remote monitoring and diagnostic solution gives you real-time, minute-by-minute data about temperature, current and pressure. Sentree uses a cellular connection to deliver instant text messages, emails and in-app alerts immediately when there is a problem with an A/C unit. Sentree does not need WiFi.

Sentree works with Alert Labs’ leak and flood sensors, like Floodie. Connect a float switch cable to Floodie to receive alerts on your phone when the float switch is triggered or water is detected in the drain pan.
