This 599 Series normally closed 2-way ball valve with a spring return two postion (on/off) actuator assembly equipped with dual end switches, providing 200 PSI close-off, is used to control hot or chilled water and up to 50% Glycol solution in air handlers, convectors, fan coil units, unit conditioners, radiation and reheat coils. This 1-inch valve is 63 Cv, full-port valve without flow characterizer insert, with stainless steel ball and stem and an operating handle that can manually operate valve in the event of power failure. Typical applications include control of hot or chilled water and up to 50 percent glycol solution in air handlers, convectors, fan coil units, unit conditioners, radiation and reheat coils. Operating handle can manually operate valve in the event of power failure.
