Type S nonreversing magnetic contactors are used to switch heating loads, capacitors, transformers, and electric motors where overload protection is provided separately. 8903S lighting contactors are for lighting control applications. This enclosure is for 8502S NEMA contactors Size 2 or 8903SP multipole lighting contactors. This NEMA 1 sheet steel enclosure is painted grey. Knockouts in the cover of this enclosure provide for field addition of Class 9999 rectangular cover mounted control units. Four ¼ inch screws are used to mount this enclosure. Enclosure is 12.69 inches tall, 7.81 inches wide and 6.03 inches deep.
